The Niddrey Street Vaults - Edinburgh

It wasn't till recently that these vaults were discovered. A student renting one of the rooms in the building above the vaults happened to be bouncing a ball close to the chimney, he noticed the sound was more of a hollow thud when he threw it at the wall than the other surrounding walls. On further investigation - by removing part of the wall -he found the bricked off entrance to the vaults.

Of course it wasn't long before the entire section of wall was removed and the vaults as you see them today finally gave up their secrets.

These vaults consisted of a series of 4 large rooms, interconnected by the main corridor. We had been prewarned of the poltergeist that has made its home in one of the huge vault rooms, Being previously classified as a 'class 4' we knew that we would have to watch our backs.

Ghost Investigation from the Blair Street Vaults - Edinburgh

Unbelievable as it sounds myself and Jan are standing just outside the entrance to the Blair Street vaults,  we have been invited by the owners Mercat Tours to take part in our very own ghost investigation. 

Treading in the footsteps of  'Most Haunted'  and more recently  'Ghost Adventures', we were to be given total freedom to investigate these amazing vaults. This was to be the biggest and most intense investigation that we have ever undertaken.

We bought with us our basic kit which consisted of K2 meter, MEL meter, camera, IR camcorder and an extra IR lighting module.

Tour around the Spooky Tunnels of Gibraltar Rock 

7.30 in the morning - looking outside, it was cold and gloomy. Great! just what we needed for the day ahead. Today was the day that myself and Jan had arranged for a tour around the secret underground tunnels of Gibraltar. Of course it was going to rain - its on British soil!!

After travelling for a few hours, we caught our first glimpse of the rock in the distance. Sitting right on the southern tip of the Spanish mainland - its a site to behold!

Ghost Investigation at Hampton Court Palace 

A brave report by Jason, following a rather hair-razing Ghost Investigation by Lisa and Jason at the very haunted Hampton Court.

Back in November 2005 ,Lisa and I visited my brother and his wife in Guildford for a few days shopping before Christmas. As an early Christmas present they gave us two tickets to the Hampton court palace "GHOST WALK !!".

It was a cold and frosty Thursday evening when we arrived at HCP, and we were quite surprised to see about forty other people gathered outside the main gates waiting to experience any spooky goings on that night. The walk kicked off at eight o'clock and when our three guides turned up we set off.
